The Challenge

Athens Beverly Hills Medical Group, renowned for its state-of-the-art medical and aesthetic services, sought to create a loyalty program that embodied luxury and wellness for its exclusive clientele. Alongside launching a brand-new website, ABH aimed to redefine its brand identity and aesthetics to align with a new era of holistic beauty and wellness.

The challenge was to design a seamless and user-friendly loyalty mechanism with two distinct registration flows:

  1. Request at the reception: A registration process initiated during in-person visits.
  2. Self-registration via the loyalty application: Allowing both existing and potential customers to sign up independently online.

This dual registration approach needed to ensure a smooth integration between the loyalty system and SAP, ABH’s existing ERP.

The Solution

To address ABH’s needs, we developed a comprehensive loyalty program featuring two registration options:

  1. Reception-Initiated Registration:
    • The SAP operator sends an SMS invitation to the customer containing a registration link.
    • Customers complete the process in three simple steps, ensuring quick and hassle-free onboarding.
  2. Self-Registration via the Loyalty Application:
    • Visitors to the loyalty web application can initiate registration by clicking “Register” and creating an account.
    • When visiting ABH later, customers inform the cashier, who merges the new loyalty account with their SAP customer profile, ensuring data consistency and a personalized experience.

The program design prioritizes flexibility and ease of use, making it accessible to a wide audience while maintaining ABH’s high-end brand standards.

The Result

The myABH Loyalty Program is in its final implementation phase and is set to launch by the end of the year. With its robust features and exclusive benefits, the program is poised to elevate customer engagement, drive repeat visits, and solidify ABH’s position as a leader in luxury beauty and wellness.

This initiative reflects ABH’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric care, ensuring every interaction enhances client satisfaction and loyalty.
